Best Canadian NBA Players of All Time

It was a surprise for many for Canada to produce the NBA champions of 2019.

Though not commonly discussed, here are the top ten NBA players in Canadian history.

Steve Nash

Steve Nash has an undoubted record of being the best NBA player from Canada in all history. He goes down in history as one of the best point guards ever witnessed in the league.

Andrew Wiggins

Andrew may not have had his best days yet, but still, he shows excellent potential. Not many have his physical advantage, and his skills seem to be getting better in the last five seasons he has been in the league.

Rick Fox

Though not easily noticeable, Rick had a great start in his basketball career and has since assisted his team in several wins.

Tristan Thompson

Thompson has an excellent reputation in collecting and getting straight in the rebound. This makes him noticeable in many games.

Samuel Dalembert

Though born in Haiti, Dalembert earned Canadian citizenship in 2007 and has an excellent rebound and scoring record.

Bob Houbregs

Bob was noted as the best player before Steve Nash took the stage. Still, his record wins still remain quite high.

Jamal Murray

Jamal is a player who might have the chance to be among all-star champions in his prime, but his progress is quite appealing thanks to the 48 points he scored against the Celtics.

Kelly Olynyk

Kelly is a core player in the Canadian national team. He joined the Dallas Mavericks back in 2013 and was later traded to Bolton Celtics

Jamal Magloire

Magloire stands out for being the top scorer in the East All-Stars in 2004.

Bill Wennington

Bill Wennington is a three-time NBA rings winner. As much as he did not play a lot, he is still remembered as the reason why the Red Storm made it to the second final four of their games.
